Here are some of the most asked questions from our customers about renting a dumpster. If your question is not listed in our FAQ page, please reach out to us and we will be glad to answer any additional question you may have.
questions about roll offs
Yes. The roll off has a door in the back of the dumpster. It opens like a barn door and will need 8ft of clearance to swing open.
Each dumpster size can hold up to a certain amount of weight. Each dumpster rental has a ѕресіfіс weight lіmіt that will result in overage charges, іf іt іѕ exceeded. If the roll off is too heavy to pick up, there will be a trip charge.
10 yard = 1.5 TONS
15 yard = 3 TONS
30 yard = 4 TONS
Every roll off dumpster must be tarp in order to transport waste materials safely on the road to the landfill. Please do not fill your dumpster higher than the side rails.

The max level you can fill is the height of the side wall of the dumpster. Nothing can be sticking out of the dumpster.

We update our schedule and availability through out the day. If a day is blocked out, it means the we are booked for that certain day.
The city is currently not in our service area. Please see our service area.
We will notify you if the roll off exceeds the weight limit and charge the credit card that was used when renting the roll off. We will only know if the dumpster is overweight when the truck is weighed at the landfill after pickup.
You do not need a permit to place a dumpster on the street if you are outside the city of Denver. Outside of Denver if a neighbor or city official asks for the roll off to be removed without a permit we will be given 48 hours to remove the dumpster with no refund.
The standard rental time is seven (7) days. If you order a roll off on Monday, the roll off will be picked up on the following Monday. A ten (10) day delivery on Monday will be picked up on the following Thursday.
No. If you have provided clear instructions for placement and provided room for the dumpster, there won’t be an issue if you’re not on site.
